Not Receiving Our Email?
Email Troubleshooting Tips

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, but are not receiving our email blasts, try the following suggestions:

1) Add TMTP's Address Into Your Contacts List or Address Book
Add TMTP’s email address into your contacts list or address book.  This is by far the most effective thing you can do to make sure you receive our emails.  This applies to all types of email accounts, Webmail, POP3, and Smartphones.

2) For Blackberry and Smartphone Users
VERY IMPORTANT -- Make sure your Blackberry is enabled to view HTML mail and Rich Content.  Contact your service provider or consult your phone’s software manual if you need help.

3) Check Your Spam Folder and Spam Filter Settings
Webmail accounts at Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail, etc. are notorious for changing their spam filters settings without notifying customers.  As a result of this our emails could be in your spam folder.  The responsibility falls on you to update your account's spam settings and monitor your spam folder.  Contact technical support at your email service provider if you need help.

4) Resubmit Your Email Address
It’s possible that your address is incorrect in our system.  Try resubmitting to our mailing list.

5) Submit an Alternate Email Address
If you gave us a work email address, it’s possible that your employer’s network is filtering your email.  To get around this, submit an alternate address to our mailing list.

6) Whitelists
If you are using a whitelist, make sure your list includes or TMTP’s  domain name
